This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through the website and services operated by DSYIGN SOLUTIONS LLC, a company registered in Wyoming, United States, serving customers worldwide. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By completing a transaction with us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set out below.

Your statutory rights are not affected. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country. Where applicable law grants you stronger rights than this policy provides, those rights prevail.

1. SaaS Platform Subscriptions

1.1 Trial Period

Where a free trial is offered for a SaaS platform, you will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and your payment method will be charged accordingly.

1.2 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

For new subscriptions, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the platform within the first 30 days of your initial paid subscription, contact us at info@dsyign.com and we will issue a full refund of the most recent charge, no questions asked.

This guarantee applies to the first billing period only for new subscribers. It does not apply to subscription renewals, plan upgrades, or accounts that have violated our Acceptable Use Policy.

1.3 Renewals and Ongoing Subscriptions

Subscription renewal charges are non-refundable. If you no longer wish to continue your subscription, cancel it before the next renewal date through your account dashboard or by contacting support. Access will continue until the end of the paid period.

1.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period, except as provided in the 30-day guarantee above.

1.5 EU / EEA and UK Consumer Withdrawal Rights

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA or United Kingdom, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from a new subscription contract, starting from the day the contract is entered into. If you exercise this right, we will refund all payments received, with a deduction proportional to the Services used up to the point of withdrawal.

To exercise your withdrawal right, contact us at info@dsyign.com with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw. This right is separate from — and in addition to — our 30-day money-back guarantee.

1.6 Service Outages or Downtime

In the event of significant, unplanned downtime or service unavailability directly caused by us that materially impacts your ability to use a platform (exceeding 99% monthly uptime SLA where applicable), you may be eligible for pro-rated service credits. Contact us with details of the incident.

2. Digital Products (E-Commerce Store)

2.1 General Policy

Because our e-commerce store sells digital products (software licenses, downloadable assets, templates, and other intangible goods), all sales are generally final and non-refundable once the product has been delivered or the download/license key has been accessed, subject to the consumer rights exceptions below.

2.2 EU / EEA Consumers — Right of Withdrawal

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, consumers in the European Union and EEA have a 14-day right of withdrawal from distance contracts. However, this right is lost for digital content (downloads, software licenses) when:

  • You have expressly consented to the immediate delivery of the digital content before the 14-day period expires, and
  • You have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

At checkout, we will ask for your explicit confirmation of both conditions before completing your purchase. If you have not provided this consent, you retain the 14-day withdrawal right and may cancel your purchase for a full refund within that period by contacting info@dsyign.com.

2.3 UK Consumers — Right of Cancellation

Consumers in the United Kingdom have a 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, subject to the same digital content exception as described above. If you have not consented to immediate delivery and waived your cancellation right, you may cancel within 14 days for a full refund.

2.4 Australian Consumers — Consumer Guarantees

Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), you are entitled to a refund or replacement for digital products that are not of acceptable quality, do not match their description, or are not fit for the purpose we said they would be fit for. These guarantees cannot be excluded. Contact us if your purchase does not meet these standards.

2.5 Eligible Refund Scenarios (All Regions)

Outside of statutory rights above, we will issue a refund if:

  • The product was not delivered or is inaccessible due to a technical fault on our end, and we are unable to resolve the issue within 5 business days.
  • The product is materially different from its description on the product page.
  • A duplicate charge occurred due to a billing error.

Refund requests for eligible scenarios must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.

2.6 Non-Eligible Situations

Except where required by applicable law, refunds will not be granted for digital products in the following cases:

  • You changed your mind after purchase (where the withdrawal/cancellation right has been lawfully waived).
  • You did not read the product description or requirements before purchasing.
  • The product does not integrate with third-party software we do not control.
  • Your use of the product violates our Terms and Conditions.
  • The license key or download has been accessed, redeemed, or shared.

3. Business Consultancy Services

3.1 Prepaid Engagements

For consultancy services paid in advance (e.g., retainer or fixed-scope engagements), refunds may be issued for work not yet commenced, prorated against any work already delivered. Once a deliverable or session has been completed, that portion is non-refundable.

3.2 Session-Based Services

Individual advisory sessions or workshops that have taken place are non-refundable. Cancelled sessions with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged in full. Cancellations with more than 24 hours' notice will receive a full credit applicable to a future session.

3.3 Scope Disputes

If you believe a deliverable does not meet the agreed scope of work, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work in good faith to revise the deliverable or reach a fair resolution.

4. How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request:

  1. Email info@dsyign.com with the subject line: Refund Request — [Order/Invoice Number].
  2. Include your full name, email address used for purchase, order or invoice number, and the reason for your request.
  3. For digital product issues, include a description of the defect or problem and any supporting screenshots.

We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and aim to resolve it within 7 business days.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method (credit/debit card, or other payment instrument used). Processing time depends on your payment provider but typically takes:

  • Credit/debit cards: 5–10 business days after approval.
  • Other payment methods: up to 14 business days.

Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original transaction. We are not responsible for currency conversion differences or bank fees.

6. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or card issuer before contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account and access to all Services while the dispute is under investigation. We encourage you to reach out to us first — we are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase governs that transaction.
